Tiana Hercules is an attorney who is passionate about helping every day members of the community fight for their rights while walking them through a complex legal system. Mrs. Hercules focuses on criminal law, family law and administrative appeals, as well as civil litigation and business matters. During law school she participated in a dual degree program at the University of Connecticut School of Business where she was awarded an MBA. Tiana is an active member in her community and serves on several non-profit boards; NINA, The Mutual Housing Association of Greater Hartford, Inc., Hartford Food Systems and Girls for Technology, Inc.

Letia is a Procurement Team Lead at Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ. She received her Masters in Science with a concentration in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technlogy. In 2013, Letia received Women of Color STEM Rising Star in Technology Award. Letia is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Letia is active Big Sister in Big Brother Big Sister organization. Letia has had successful experience working with youth development at Willingboro Receational Center and Leadership Education Athletics Partnership (LEAP) after school program as counselor.
Fun Fact: As a little girl Letia wanted to be a clown so she could make people laugh.

Gina Morris- Lockheed Martin
JeNiese Pollard was born and raised in Ledyard, CT. She has over 14 years of professional experience working in various settings including, nonprofit, education, finance, several facets of the retail industry, and telecommunications. For the past 7 years JeNiese has been working for United Healthcare on their Broker and Employer Operations Team specializing in Broker Compensation. She has earned a Master of Science in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Sacred Heart University. She has also received a BA in Psychology from Connecticut College. JeNiese has mentored fellow classmates and work colleagues and also has experience working with children of all ages. She is thrilled to bring her knowledge to this program and show girls that they can have careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
